Role Title: International Travelling Recruiter

ROV VolunteersBe the active voice and a vital member of Reach Out Volunteers as one of our International Travelling Recruiters. Change the world and help spread humanitarian aid in developing countries.

During your time as an International Travelling Recruiter, Reach Out Volunteers will pay for your flights and accommodation around the world, allow you to see new locations and speak in front of large bodies of people about volunteering abroad, whilst giving you the opportunity to earn up to $800+ a week.

Reach Out Volunteers is an organization that provides university students from around the world with an opportunity to do volunteer abroad in the areas of community development and wildlife conservation. Our motto is simple; Change the world, one village at a time. We know that if we can build a house for a family in need, we will have helped that family. If we do this with enough families we will help that community. If we do this with enough communities we will help that country. We apply this philosophy to every country that we work in.

About the role

Position description

This position suits younger, motivated people who are confident and are not afraid of public speaking.

The role requires the recruiter to travel either individually or in a small team, across different states and countries to speak about ROV’s programs. You will be required to talk in front of large bodies of students in an entertaining manner about volunteer work. You need to be able to think quickly on your feet and respond creatively to questions! But most importantly, you have to convey the enjoyment and satisfaction of being involved in an organisation that makes a real difference in the lives of disadvantaged families, third world communities and endangered wildlife.

Reports to:
  • Regional Recruitment Manager

Recruitment
  • Achieve recruitment targets

You will be required to:
  • Book your own accommodation and make travel arrangements
  • Complete expense sheets
  • Confirm dates and locations of universities

Remuneration
  • A base of $250 per week
  • Reimbursement of business expenses (within budget)
  • In addition the potential to earn over $800 per week
