Itinerary

This itinerary provides a sample outline of what you could expect to be doing on the program. Specific Program Itineraries are distributed prior to departure.

Day Activity
Day 1 Arrival Day. Team activities. Introduction to Siem Reap. Tour of city and visit to local markets.
Monday - Friday Mornings:
Community work at village – construction, repair, maintenance of housing and village infrastructure.

Afternoons:
Cultural Activities may include any of the following: visit to Ankor Wat, local markets, Tonle Sap floating village, spend time at the local school, visit an orphanage and spend time with the children.

Evenings:
Group activities and games.
Saturday Rest Day with light activities including walking, cycling or taking a tuk–tuk to places of interest in and around Siem Reap.
Sunday Activities include sharpening your culinary skills with an authentic Kymer cooking, and a choice of optional activities such as Hot air Ballooning or waterfall visit.
Monday - Friday Mornings:
Continue with community work at Kro Bei Riel village – construction, repair, maintenance of housing and village infrastructure.

Afternoons:
Working at local school – classes are conversational English, arts & crafts, sports & recreation and agriculture. Cultural activities will include visits to local museums and temples.

Evenings:
Group activities and games.
Saturday - Sunday Final shopping and market day and departure day.
