Fabulous finners

One certified group down and one to go! The open water folks are officially certified in scuba diving. They are geared up and ready to jump into work this coming week on the reef and coral pod work. They can’t wait! The advanced divers are super duper close as well and only have a couple…

Just keep swimming

What do we do we swim, swim! We did so many things today! As always, it was an extremely productive and fun day. The open waterers have only one more thing to do before they are certified, and they became so much more comfortable in the water today using the gear. After a few days,…

Water you doing?

There is so much to be excited about today! We split the groups again this morning and the open water learners watched the rest of their videos while the other group went out in the water. The local kids got really excited for the movie too and climbed into the booths to watch them with…

One last hoorah!

Phewie! We made it! After a wet and wild boat journey and a bus to Phnom Pehn, we got here all safe and sound. We finished everything up with a scrumptious meal next to our accommodation and some much needed Khmer massages. After all that hard work, they deserved some relaxation and muscle rubba downs!…

And that’s a wrap!

It was our last day in the village, and it was a great one! We made a massive dent in laying the bricks for the walls and got close to completing three walls. This is a huge accomplishment because it is a long and tedious process to make the cement and lay the bricks correctly….
