Rainy season has commenced!

It’s been raining off and on the last couple of days here, so to take advantage of the wet weather, we headed inside the school house to start painting the classrooms. Of course we had to start the day off right with a little dental hygiene!

Later, we received around 500 bricks from the mainland that needed to be hauled from the end of the dock, up to the water catchment location. We had three groups take up one load each in the wheel barrel. This took a while seeing as the wheel barrel had flat tires, and it was raining, and the road was mighty rocky… But that didn’t stop us from getting the job done!

The dive groups went out both in the morning and afternoon again. Unfortunately I can’t get any go pro photos posted at the moment, but stay tuned for the blogs at the end of the week, because I’ll have plenty to post then!!

Thanks for reading,
Danielle
