Angkor Wat

Today was a cultural immersion day, our volunteers were up nice and early (4am) so we could watch the sunrise over beautiful Angkor Wat, one of the seven man made ancient wonders of the world. We also visited the beautiful Bayon and Ta Prohm temples and a few volunteers headed out to Tonle Sap to see the floating villages.

It was a very long day but all our volunteers absolutely loved it.

Tomorrow is our last day at the ROV community school and I am sure there will be a few tears. Our volunteers will finish the classroom and then present gifts and donations to the school. This week has absolutely flown by and all our amazing Reach Out Volunteers should be so proud of the work they have done. We truly have changed lives and each other’s.
